Ice Cream. Done Different.   Ice cream making is a science. It requires great people and a great passion. Our 4th generation, ice cream champion, NPD chef, Manolo is an ice cream master who is relentless in the pursuit of perfection.    We're evolutionary in the way we make ice cream, paying homage to the traditional flavours whilst adding a modern twist, but always staying true to the principle of using only the best natural ingredients. Nothing artificial. We take great care in responsibly sourcing the best natural ingredients s you won't find any additives, colourings, emulsifiers or artificial flavourings in our ice creams. All our products are 100% natural, gluten free and suitable for vegetarians. We also have a vegan range and a range for kids - Little Bloc which contains no refined sugars. Our range includes: 2.5L & 5L Napolis for food service and scooping 100ml impulse tubs 500ml take home retail tubs THIS is ice cream.
