Pillar Properties develops, owns and manages six apartment residences that express the unique personality and vitality of Seattle's signature neighborhoods. Stadium Place in historic Pioneer Square includes two residential towers, The Nolo and The Wave, with views of Century Link Field, downtown Seattle and the waterfront. The Century is near the Seattle Center and South Lake Union with close up views of the Space Needle. The Lyric is located in the heart of Capitol Hill with panoramic views of Mt. Rainier and Lake Union. The 101 in Kirkland is a boutique property overlooking the central waterfront. The Corydon is in Seattle's University District next door to University Village. In addition, Pillar Properties is currently developing an apartment community in Bellevue that will open in 2015. Our goal is to design environments that embrace the neighborhood and create an iconic presence in the area. We make this commitment because we will own these buildings for generations to come. The Pillar leadership team is also actively involved in the development activity for its sister company, Merrill Gardens. With 28 communities in five states, Merrill Gardens is one of the top owner/operators of independent, assisted living and memory care retirement communities in the country and the largest in Washington State. On the heels of a successful capital raise, Pillar's development team expects to add five to ten new communities to the Merrill Gardens portfolio over the next five years.
