We understand the private rented sector. From city centre apartments for young professionals to suburban semis for working families; from central London across the rest of the UK's towns and cities; from build-to-rent to managing properties in receivership — we have the experience to provide independent advice and rock-solid delivery. We call it Intelligent Property Management. We manage for institutional and corporate investors, retailers with residential upper parts and buy-to-let mortgage lenders across the length and breadth of the UK, including Northern Ireland. This includes a whole variety of different types of stock, but increasingly the focus is on new-build, purpose-built properties or conversions. As institutional investors re-enter the PRS with the build-to-rent model and the creation of large scale, US-style, multi-family housing we are already have in place new management models and technology, in response to this changing market. Touchstone is backed by Places for People Group, one of the largest regeneration, development and property management businesses in the UK.
