About
TWD was founded in 1986 by Allan Algoso, and grew to 9 employees in 1992 with its first integrated services contract. In 2003, TWD will record over $21 million in revenue and has a team of over 160 employees and consultants.This growth is the result of the effort and commitment of that team to provide quality, cost effective support to our clients. In 2000, TWD established an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and became an Employee Owned Company. In June 2003, the employees purchased a majority interest in TWD. Gordon Aitken assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer and Larry Besterman became TWD's President. While relinquishing control of the company as part of the ESOP transaction, Mr. Algoso remains TWD's Chairman of the Board.TWD believes in employee ownership for what we call the "4 R's" of Reward, Retention, Recruitment, and it's the Right Thing to do.TWD and Associates Address
