We are experiencing an epidemic of homelessness. Its effects are corrosive both for those without shelter and the communities in which they live. The Homeless Action Center (HAC) is the only legal services program in the Bay Area to focus exclusively on free public benefits advocacy as a critical tool for ending homelessness. Our clients are disabled, mentally ill, and homeless.
