CHI Living Communities is the senior living division of Chicago-based CommonSpirit Health, the largest nonprofit health care system in the U.S., dedicated to serving the poor and most vulnerable while innovating where and how care is delivered.
CHI Living Communities is mission-driven and rooted in Catholic faith, yet serves seniors of all denominations. It was formed in 2001 by the Sisters of St. Francis of Sylvania, Ohio. In 2014, the organization joined Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI). And, in 2019, it became part of CommonSpirit Health.
CHI Living Communities is comprised of approximately 3,000 employees in seven states. Our exceptional team offers a full continuum of care for thousands of seniors who place their sacred trust in our hands. Our safe and inviting, beautifully appointed campuses offer numerous senior living options—independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation—throughout Colorado, Iowa, Kentucky, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, and Wisconsin.
To foster our employees’ professional growth while also promoting their health and well-being, we provide a full array of benefits, market-competitive salaries and a supportive work/life balance.
After joining CHI Living Communities, residents and employees alike find “Home is here†because their families truly become part of ours! Learn more today at www.HomeIsHere.org.
