Basecamp Fitness is a new studio fitness concept that will push you to your limits and shakes up your workout routine. We use a varying, fitness program that gives you a complete, full-body workout combining efficient cardio AND strength training AND core movements - every class - we take the guesswork out of your workout. Our high-energy, upbeat environment and motivating instructors keep you moving and coming back for more.
