Abingdon Health is a UK-based diagnostics group, working across multiple industry sectors, focused on developing and manufacturing lateral flow immunoassays and reader systems. We produce cutting-edge rapid diagnostic systems that make a difference to businesses and their customers, and our service is dedicated on working with our clients to aid their ambitions and growth plans. We provide development services for customers looking to develop new assays or looking to transfer existing laboratory-based assays to a lateral flow format. We take projects from concept through to routine manufacturing. Our scalable manufacturing service is for customers whose rapid test has completed assay development with us or another partner or is already in the market. We provide solutions for the lifecycle of an assay. Also available to our customers is AppDx, a customisable Smartphone lateral flow reader suitable for integration with existing lateral flow assays or assays requiring development. In addition, we offer desktop lateral flow reader customisation using our customersￃﾢ￢ﾂﾬ￢ﾄﾢ preferred reader. Our development and manufacturing services are available to customers working in all industry sectors such as healthcare, pharma, animal health, agri-food and plant health. Our facility is certified to ISO 13485:2016 and is GMP compliant with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). We use advanced automated lateral flow manufacturing and assembly equipment in environmentally controlled laboratories.
