Established in 1998, we are a multipurpose health and fitness center, and childcare center in the heart of the Upper Valley in Lebanon, New Hampshire, just two miles away from Dartmouth College, and across the street from Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. The River Valley Club is New England’s finest health & fitness club. We offer industry-leading personal training, over 100 group fitness classes per week, CrossFit, nutritional guidance, tennis and aquatics programs for all ages and fitness levels, and an Aveda Concept day spa and hair salon. Our memberships range from $69 to $155 per month. Memberships are available for individuals age 13 and up, so unfortunately, children under the age of 13 are not eligible for membership and are not allowed in the fitness areas, or swimming pools, unless specifically a part of one of our many programs for children. As always, we offer a drop-off daycare service at the Kids Club while you use the facilities at the Club. We believe in taking a personalized approach with every one of our members and that begins with an appointment with a membership coordinator. Walk-ins are welcome, but we encourage setting up an appointment in advance.
