Its affiliate investment adviser, IPG Investment Advisors LLC has been registered with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) since 2010 and its commodities firm, Investment Placement Commodities has been registered with the National Futures Association (NFA) since 1986. Although separate legal entities the companies are under common ownership and operate from the United States, sharing common facilities, infrastructure, vendors, as well as various dually associated personnel.
