We started in 2002 as a consulting practice in extractive metallurgical providing front-end engineering design and optimization services. In 2013 we opened a metallurgical laboratory to support this work. Both the consulting practice and laboratory have thrived by working together as a single team. \n\nWe have worked in copper, cobalt, nickel, platinum-group metals, zinc, lead, and many other metals. Our clients include Anglo American, Lonmin Platinum, Impala Platinum, First Quantum Minerals (Kansanshi), ERG Africa (Boss Mining, Chambishi Metals, Metalkol), Hatch, Bateman, Worley Parsons, SNC Lavalin, and many, many more.\n\nThe consulting practice has done due diligence work, contributed to NI 43-101 reports, and performed technical audits, forensic investigations, and optimization studies. \n\nThe laboratory work covers the physical processes, such as crushing, grinding, gravity separation, flotation and classification, and the hydrometallurgical processes, such as leaching, precipitation, solvent extraction and electrowinning.
