No Limits is a youth information, advice, counselling and support charity working with young people aged under 26 in Southampton and across Hampshire. Although we are a service for all young people in this age group, a significant number of them are from vulnerable or hard to reach groups looked after children, homeless, NEET, health issues (mental health, sexual health, and substance misuse), young parents, young people with emotional & behavioural issues.
