Located on the beautiful Mid North Coast of NSW, MidCoast Council represents the Manning, Great Lakes and Gloucester regions and is a fantastic place to work.
The region's pristine coastline spans 190km from Tea Gardens in the south to Crowdy Head in the north. Inland, the area extends from the Karuah River in the south, west to Barrington Tops and north to John's River. The MidCoast region's natural assets include impressive lake systems, large areas of National Parks, forests and rich rural land, making it a beautiful place to live and work.
We deliver a wide range of programs and services to our 90,000 community members and it's through this range of services that we're able to provide a great variety of career options.
We are responsible for governing many aspects of the area, including asset planning, cultural services, regulatory services, community wellbeing, infrastructure services and ageing and disability services. We also manage the Manning Entertainment Centre, the Manning Regional Art Gallery and eleven MidCoast Library branches.
