DigitalXC was founded in 2018 with a vision to digitize IT services, move it to a cloud and enable subscription based model. We are focusing on 3 major objectives: 1. DigitalXC is an ‘Enterprise Service Cloud’ platform that enables subscription based zero touch services for customers. It creates an ‘App store’ like plug and play service delivery experience where Enterprises can subscribe to pre-built services at a click and offer to their users as self-service with zero-touch delivery. Our platform accelerates digitization and consumerization of service delivery in an Enterprise. It helps customers take a maturity leap in their service delivery approach to a ‘Digital Service Model’ – A nexgen delivery model that brings a highly productized approach to delivering services. It enables consumer grade experience within an Enterprise where the users are able to get any service, anytime, anywhere and get them delivered instantly. We enable this through a platform business model. We want to ‘Uberize’ service delivery. We act as an platform provider that provides a uniform format to define services, Digital Xchange for transacting services and a zero-touch service Delivery platform.
