About
-At American Diesel Training Centers, our goal is to solve the diesel mechanic shortage nationwide. -We believe the U.S. educational system is completely unequipped to solve the shortage that by 2025 will number close to 400,000 diesel mechanic openings...and have the data to support it. -We believe and have proven there is a better way to solve this problem. -We pioneered the 300 hour intensive, hands on training system, designed to proficiently train entry level diesel mechanics. -We developed a one of a kind personalized recruiting strategy that has enabled us to fill our Columbus location to capacity. -In our first year we've produced more than one hundred technicians, working for more than sixty of the top companies in the U.S. including dealers, fleets, independent shops, waste management and travel centers. -After one year, our technician persistence rate in the industry is 95%. -In May of 2018, we added a second location in Cincinnati, OH. GEOGRAPHY NO LONGER MATTERS -Because of market interest and to serve our clients, we've launched a services business that allows us to work with companies outside of Ohio who have technician shortages. -Our services arm allows us to bring the ADTC system of recruiting, vetting and training to companies, without having to worry about geography and location. -We work with on site with companies and schools across the United States. From the state of Washington to New Jersey. -We work with companies who are developing innovative employee development programs.
