Currently, we provide property management and project leasing services to 160 retail properties totaling approximately 6.8 million square feet. Our client list has included prominent owners such as Inland American Retail LLC, ShopOne Centers REIT, Northstar Realty, Gallas Zadeh Development and Wagenbrenner Development. Additionally, The Gilbert Group actively represents 50+ retailers such as Kohl’s, Burger King, UPS, Bibibop, Duluth Trading Company and Brewdog as they expand throughout Ohio and the Midwest. The Gilbert Group continues to be one of the premier retail real estate firms in Ohio. We are a nine-time recipient of the Consumer’s Choice Award for our property management services. We have also been recognized nine times by CoStar as a 'Power Broker' based upon transaction volume and square feet leased. We are the Columbus representative firm for ChainLinks Retail Advisors. ChainLinks Retail Advisors has an extensive national presence having offices in 53 major markets across North America with 750 local market retail broker specialists.
