Alphamed is an Australian company with 3 key operational divisions: 1) ALPHAMED DISTRIBUTION: - General wholesaling, export and distribution of pharmaceuticals and medical consumables - Full line supplier with over 3,000 line items, mostly healthcare products, including tenders and institutional sales. 2) ALPHAMED INNOVATION: - Pharmaceuticals, medical consumables and consumer healthcare products - Research and develop own brands, as well as in-license brands from other suppliers, under an exclusive sales, marketing and distribution arrangement. Currently 10 brands in portfolio and 12 in pipeline. - Market, sell and distribute portfolio of brands directly, or working with strategic partners, in the various territories. 3) TRISALIS: - Beauty and personal care products and discretionary fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) - Research and develop own brands, as well as in-license brands from other suppliers, under an exclusive sales, marketing and distribution arrangement.
