Supports self-determination and choice As a Center for Independent Living (CIL), disABILITY LINK provides services to persons with disabilities, their families and communities throughout Metro Atlanta and surrounding counties including Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, Dekalb, Douglas, Fayette, Fulton, Gwinnet, Henry, Newton, Rockdale Counties. disABILITY LINK provides 5 core services that include: 1. Advocacy 2. Independent Living Skills 3. Information & Referral 4. Peer Counseling 5. Transitional Service for youth to adulthood and individuals with disabilities from long-term settings to the community of their choice. In addition to the 5 core services we provide many other services and programs.
