Rio Salado College is a recognized leader in online learning and making education accessible, flexible, affordable and innovative. Founded in 1978 and headquartered in Tempe, Arizona, Ro Salado is one of ten Maricopa Community Colleges and one of the largest online public community colleges in the nation, serving nearly 53,000 students annually with nearly 28,000 online in 50 states and internationally. Rio Salado offers 600+ online classes and 100+ degree and certificate programs with 45+ Monday start dates. The college is one of the largest providers of adult basic education in Arizona and provides specialized programs for local and national employers, incarcerated re-entry students, active military, veterans and their families and dual enrollment students.
