We manage over 2,000 rental units throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, which makes us big enough to bring multi-family properties the knowledge, technology and people necessary to maximize cash flow and investment returns, yet small enough to provide the customized service, reports and information owners want. We bring our pride of ownership to all properties we manage, along with a philosophy and approach to resident and employee retention that has enabled us to consistently out-perform the market.
