Mount Carmel Clinic is a community health centre based in the Point Douglas neighbourhood area (more commonly referred to as the North End) in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We provide a wide variety of health services in order to address all aspects of a person’s wellbeing, including access to quality health care, community resources and family supports, child care, mental health supports, cultural opportunities, and much more. \n\nAs Canada’s first and longest running community health centre, Mount Carmel Clinic has been providing grassroots health services to the North End community since 1926. Over that time, the clinic has helped to shape the model for community health, and continues to grow and evolve to adapt to the community’s changing needs.
