A non-profit source for pet adoptions that also offers community services, education about animals & wildlife rehabilitation. TAILS exists to elevate the quality of life for all animals in the belief that compassion for animals enriches us all. TAILS is a not-for-profit charitable organization that addresses the root causes of animal over-population and abuse. Community services offered: • Provide temporary shelter and emergency services for homeless, abandoned, and abused animals, using best practices in animal sheltering • Place healthy dogs, cats, and exotic pets in the homes of qualified persons • Offer low-cost spay-neuter services • Deliver education about the proper treatment of companion animals, the importance of spaying and neutering and other animal care issues • Provide rehabilitation services for injured and orphaned wildlife • Collaborate with other agencies and organizations to maximize the quality and range of services for animalsTAILS Humane Society Address
