2020 Connection is a global software company primarily serving the call center industry. We created this software four years ago to use in our call center and campaign management business. There weren't many to choose from, so we built our own. 1. Our system calls hundreds of consumers per minute and uses voice recognition to see if they are interested in learning more about your product, service or promotion. Then your phone rings with ONLY the customers that had a positive response to your message and you complete the conversation with them. 2. When you want more customers just turn up the dial speed. When you have talked to enough people for the day, turn the system off. You also control the volume of calls, the timing those calls come in, and the daily costs to acquire those new customers. 3.
