The Spay-Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP) is a 501(c)(3) organization based in Texas. SNAP's mission is to prevent the suffering and death of companion animals & to enrich the human animal bond by providing excellent accessible and affordable spay/neuter and veterinary care. Currently, SNAP operates mobile clinics in the greater San Antonio area and stationary clinics in Houston, Pasadena, and San Antonio, Texas. SNAP provides services in 17 Texas counties. SNAP is celebrating 25 years of serving the Texas community and strengthening the animal-human bond relationship between people and their pets. SNAP has completed 626,912 spay/neuter surgeries since 1994.
