ITN Networks, Inc. is the preeminent national media sales company in developing and providing custom-designed national television & multi-media networks. ITN utilizes a platform of proprietary technology, exclusive research, a locally-targeted distribution model and affiliated partnerships to provide advertisers the most strategic, consumer-focused, custom national networks, with the highest level of accountability. Launched in 1983, ITN pioneered the "unwired" network model for broadcast television, developing affiliations across all U.S. television stations to select & combine local commercial inventory for the purpose of creating custom national program & daypart networks. Every custom ITN television network is rated directly by Nielsen on the National People Meter sample, exactly like all national broadcast networks, major national cable networks, and national syndication program providers, thus enabling advertisers to evaluate and purchase ITN's networks on the identical metrics (program ratings, commercial ratings) of the national television marketplace. ITN provides national advertisers with guaranteed programming, guaranteed time periods, and guaranteed Nielsen National People Meter demographic audience delivery based on national CPMs. ITN's affiliated television stations gain access to national advertising budgets that otherwise would have been allocated nationally to broadcast networks, cable networks, or national syndication program providers. As television audiences have rapidly fragmented, national advertisers have placed increasing value on ITN's ability to reassemble the large reach that was once so easily attainable on the broadcast networks. But fragmentation also creates greater opportunities for ITN to target particular types of audiences, through national networks that combine specific program environments in specific time periods, and most importantly, targets the local appeals and lifestyles to create stronger connections between brands and their key consumers. No other national television platform combines these essential elements to target today's diversified consumers. Through continuous investment in our model, ITN has emerged as a significant player in the national television marketplace, offering advertisers custom news and entertainment networks that provide advertisers real competitive advantages versus traditional network and syndication alternatives. Today, ITN's client list includes a majority of the Top 100 largest television advertisers in the U.S., and combined ITN's advertisers reach more consumers each week, on average, than are even available on the FOX Network, The CW & MyNetworks combined, any national syndication provider, or any national cable network. ITN is continually expanding its national network opportunities beyond television to include all video-to-consumer touch points, including exclusive content and brand integration offerings.
