PUCC has been dedicated to serving our engineering, municipal, and industrial clients in a personal and professional manner. That deducation has been rewarded with positive growth, a positive reputation, and pride in our company. PUCC has been involved in water, sewer, and storm pipe replacment and rehabilitation projects ranging in size from $8,000,000 to $20,000. We have worked in some of the largest cities in the country like Houston, Atlanta, Knoxville, Nashville, & Jacksonville, and we have worked in some of the smallest towns like our very own Portland, TN.
