We were working with our clients to address an inefficient process. We watched over and over as they printed paper forms, and managed those forms from patient signature to faxing in the submission. The PX technology team knew there was a better way, and it started with technology.
After developing our first product, PX Connect, our team, and our clients, saw the power that technology has to change a cumbersome process. Our clients were freed to spend their time where it matters most: on patient care. On the other side, we knew that this type of technology was a game-changer in the medical industry. We were hooked on giving private medical practices the power of automation, and therefore improving the PX. We’re passionate about continuing to innovate and create products that positively affect patient experience and the practice as well.
