Valentine & Kebartas, Inc. began in 1994 when Bob Kebartas, Senior Vice President of Operations for an International collection agency and Cheryl Valentine, Vice President of Sales for an International collection agency, decided to start their own company. Cheryl and Bob built Valentine & Kebartas around the concept of having constant communication with their clients all while maintaining stellar performance. The philosophy and mission established that day still exists and is the primary reason for the success the company has experienced. Cheryl has been quoted saying “To be successful in the third-party collection industry, you must provide your clients with the services, responsiveness and results that will place the company at the forefront of the collection industry. In pursuing this goal, Valentine & Kebartas, Inc. will strive to build long term relationships with clients and employees: with clients by providing excellent results through professional and imaginative service; and with the employees, by providing a challenging and rewarding work environment in which to build careers”.
