Our Team Mark Fichera, Owner and CEO - Mark purchased OnBrand24 (formerly Pike Communications) in 2005 and has grown the company into a multi-million dollar call center services provider with over 75 clients and over 100 employees. An entrepreneur with expertise in sales, customer service and business development, Mark consults with OnBrand24 clients on their customer relations needs and develops customer service and lead generation programs and resources to achieve their marketing objectives. Formerly a 25-year veteran of the financial services industry where he served in senior managerial roles, Mark earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire. Mike Moody, Vice President of Operations - An efficiency expert, Mike has held senior managerial responsibility for OnBrand24 day-to- day operations for more than 10 years. With extensive knowledge of OnBrand24's telephone routing/reporting and data center infrastructures as well as oversight of call center agent performance, Mike's role is to deliver maximum ROI for OnBrand24 clients. After attending Northeastern University, Mike worked for 13 years in advertising and media production before joining OnBrand24. Rhonda Rohtstein, Vice President, Business Development - Rhonda came to OnBrand24 in 2007 with 25 years of sales, sales management and strategic marketing experience. She partners with clients seeking outbound sales, lead generation and marketing strategies as well as inbound customer service and order processing solutions. Previously, she was a customer service strategist for Tufts Health Plan and Audi, and she was a senior manager with a mergers and acquisitions firm. Rhonda is a magna cum laude graduate of Plymouth State College, Plymouth, NH, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Maura Cone, Assistant Vice President of Operations/Customer Service - Maura has served in supervisory customer service and operations roles at OnBrand24 for nearly 10 years. Deeply versed in all aspects of the company's inbound operations, Maura delivers optimal performance by call center agents while ensuring that OnBrand24's IT, mail fulfillment and order processing capabilities operate at maximum efficiency. After attending college, Maura worked for 10 years in customer service management roles in the retail banking and credit loan industries. Jeffrey Velodota, Vice President of Sales - Jeff joined OnBrand24 in early 2010 bringing 23 years of sales, client services and operations managerial experience in the call center industry. Jeff has served as Vice President of Sales and Client Services in his past and develops effective outsourced solutions for OnBrand24 clients, utilizing his extensive industry experience. Jeff has a B.S. from The University of Connecticut with honors in Accounting. An active board member with the American Teleservices Association, he also belongs to The Direct Marketing Association and the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals. Doug Black, Director of Marketing - Doug brings more than 25 years of experience in marketing, public relations and business development to OnBrand24, which he joined in 2009. He was Vice President at Miller/Shandwick Technologies, Boston, a high technology public relations firm, and served in senior marketing management roles for several other high technology and marketing consulting companies. A journalist by training, he served in editing and reporting roles for several Boston-area publications. He is a 1979 graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a degree in history.
