Intelligent Lighting Controls (ILC) is a privately owned company incorporated over ten years ago. ILC is an outgrowth of a company called Enercon Data Corporation that was formed in the 1970’s and marketed Energy Management Systems. Almost all ILC hardware and software products have been developed internally. Relays, circuit boards and other proprietary products are assembled off site per our specifications.
