Today, 13 kids will be diagnosed with a brain tumor — the deadliest disease facing this country’s children. As the world’s leading nonprofit dedicated to children and teens with brain tumors, the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation’s mission is simple, yet powerful: Care. Cure. Thrive.
Â
You and your organization’s support makes this mission possible: providing CARE for families, fueling research to CURE childhood brain tumors and helping survivors and families THRIVE.
Â
FUNDING CURES. FIGHTING FOR FUTURES.
The PBTF won’t stop until there’s a cure for every childhood brain tumor. Our research funding has fueled clinical trials, launched cutting-edge collaboratives and seeded the field for future discovery. Current projects include our Immunotherapy Research Initiative, PLGA Fund, Opportunity Grants and Early Career Development programs.

FAMILY SUPPORT TO EQUIP, EDUCATE AND EMPOWER.
No one should have to face a child’s brain tumor diagnosis alone. The PBTF provides emotional, informational and logistical support to help families navigate their journey, including the Starfolio Resource Notebook for newly diagnosed families, our emergency financial assistance Butterfly Fund and the award-winning Imaginary Friend Society films.
