In addition to owning and operating hotels, Roedel Companies also offers hotel investors its "Total Hospitality Solution" by providing hotel development, construction, pre-opening, FF&E purchasing and installation and management services through its subsidiary companies ROK Builders, LLC and RGH Hospitality, LLC. Roedel Companies' "Total Hospitality Solutions" generates Positive Free Cash Flow (EBITDA) for hotel owners by designing, building and maintaining premium, nationally branded hotels, providing world class guest service, maximizing revenue and controlling operating costs. Roedel Companies was formed in 2000 as the successor to Chalet Susse International Inc., which developed, constructed, owned, operated and franchised a chain of Susse Chalet and Grand Chalet hotels throughout the Eastern United States from 1968 to 2000. Chalet Susse was one of the largest privately owned limited-service hotel chains in the industry with over 45 hotels from the Eastern and Midwestern United States.
