Aptima's primary founder is Daniel Serfaty, an internationally recognized leader in the fields of human factors engineering, distributed decision-making, human performance assessment, cognitive engineering, and computer-based collaborative training. Jean MacMillan, our Chief Scientist, is known for her research in performance measurement, adaptive instructional design, team decision-making, and command center design. Meg Clancy, our Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Aptima, has over 20 years of experience in contracts administration and government cost accounting.
