NSW Rural Doctors Network (RDN) provides support for a high-quality rural medical workforce in NSW. RDN administers programs to improve the recruitment and retention of General Practitioners (GPs), nurses and allied health professionals in rural and remote NSW, and provides a central information resource for rural health support initiatives in NSW, Australia.
RDN is a not-for-profit, non-government organisation with more than 1,500 members, more than 1,000 of whom are registered medical practitioners. Our activities are financially supported by both the NSW Government and Australian Government.
RDN works with Primary Health Networks, Local Health Districts and representative bodies across NSW to achieve its goals.
