We are investing in the three major areas where we serve you. In the machinery side of our business we have introduced a number of new products. The most exciting are the new Horizon products that bring the latest in computer technology to the door industry. These easy-to-operate machines will shorten your lead-time and reduce your labor costs. We are introducing other machines that increase production, reduce labor costs and increase operator safety. We have included in our most current Buyer\'s Guide the latest tools and supplies for the door industry. Many of these are in response to your input and requests. If you don\'t see it, please ask and we will try to get it for you. We recently purchased the DoorTech product line, so now Norfield manufactures these products and we intend to add new products for the commercial door industry. Again, what do you need? In the service side of our business we have added more service technicians to be more responsive to your needs. We not only provide repair services, we rebuild machinery, provide training both on and off site, and we can assist you with preventive maintenance programs.
