The Austen-Dooley Company provides lifelong homes and round the clock care for individuals with disabilities in the state of Missouri. Our highly trained and dedicated team members allow us the opportunity to care for individuals with high medical concerns who are often denied services by others. Our state certified ISL's and group homes encourage community involvement and goal setting for the individuals residing in them. Austen-Dooley employs over 300 direct support professionals, LPN's, RN's, and management team members who support men, women, and children with varying degrees of disabilities and medical needs.
