America’s Preferred Home Warranty (APHW) is a privately held Christian-based company founded in 1999 and located in Jackson, Michigan. Those things which are important to us as an organization are captured in our Vision, Mission and Value statements below. We care about our customers, our fellow APHW team members and our surrounding communities. We fulfill this in how we operate as a business. It is manifest in how we answer the phone, how we interact with those we encounter each day, and how we live up to our obligations. We’ve taken care to insure our warranty terms and conditions are easy to read. We attempt to reach out to each of our customers to make certain they have a copy of the full warranty agreement with all of the details, to answer any questions in the early stages of contract coverage.
