Big Stone Therapies, Inc. is dedicated to providing excellence in rehabilitation services by optimizing health and function for families and businesses within their communities through caring, hands-on healing. Company Overview Big Stone Physical Therapy, Inc. was established in July of 1990 by two physical therapists; Paul Treinen and Wade VanDover. The practice originally began by providing inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services to four community hospitals located in Ortonville, Wheaton and Graceville in Minnesota and Sisseton, SD. Since the addition of occupational therapy, speech language pathology, massage therapy and occupational health the name was changed to Big Stone Therapies, Inc. (BST) to incorporate all the services they provide. BST has grown to include inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, home health, school based rehabilitation and on-field sports medicine services.
