We make single origin, bean-to-bar, unroasted chocolate by hand in Brooklyn. Our flavor innovations have been featured on the Cooking Channel and won us a 2013 Good Food Award. We use exclusively organic ingredients, and our factory is allergen-free (no nuts ever enter, and we use no dairy or gluten in almost all of our bars). We value fair trade, and pay at least a 20% premium above market prices by buying directly from farmers. All our bars are wrapped in 100% post-consumer recycled paper. We use exclusively sustainable power and donate all our husks to a local after-school program for use as mulch and fertilizer.
