Here at SICB, we are \building for your purpose\. Whether it be for staff, renters, campers, or your own family, we build structures for clients with immediate need for affordable, sustainable, environmentally friendly, easy to install, quick (+ off grid) housing needs. Because we start our build with a shipping container, our ADUs appreciate in value as they require minimum maintenance, and can easily be transported, repurposed, redesigned, or even resold. Our units are warrantied for quality craftsmanship and we build in our warehouse so you do not have the bother with construction. Financing options available.
