Packet Fusion, Inc. (PFI) is a sales and service organization designed to offer Mid Market companies the complete IT solution. It was founded on the opportunity created by an under serviced Mid Market, and the belief that with the right people, tools, and vision, a company could be created that would fill this space and optimize customer's technology to accelerate their business success. Currently, Mid Market companies have had no place to turn for technology solutions. With increasing costs to service and maintain more advanced technology, enterprise companies have reduced IT headcount to save money and turned to the outside for IT solutions. Yet, manufacturers have scaled back support to this segment of the market in order to focus on the Large Enterprises, and VAR's can only offer limited parts to the solution. This has left a large void in the market and room for opportunity. Packet Fusion has primed itself to meet this void. Through strong vendor relationships, PFI has been able to build a comprehensive portfolio of infrastructure hardware, management systems, and applications. These products coupled with PFI's team of experienced engineers, sales representatives, and executives have positioned PFI to be able to assess, deliver, and maintain solutions that achieve client's critical needs and strategic goals. With these tools in place, PFI looks to build strong, long lasting relationships with its clients based on quality and responsiveness.
