We develop novel processing technologies that extend shelf-life, preserve nutritional value, and achieve food safety in new ways to enable never-before-possible products. Food technology has set the standards for food safety, production, and distribution that have made possible today's global community. As new environmental challenges and population demands have emerged, continual innovations are required to expand access, quantity, and health. Since 2017, we have aimed to add our voice to the many working toward those goals.
