Topper's Engineering & Design team utilizes the latest in 2D & 3D CAD software to create conceptual, fabrication & production drawings. With this capability Topper is able to work with customers and share information to design prototype or production run equipment as needed. Topper's 2D & 3D capability also enables them to quickly turn around approval drawings for production which will create on time or earlier deliveries. Topper Industrial specializes in custom fabrication, whether it be a small motor mounting plate or a heavy duty cart. This picture shows a tow line cart that is used at the Case/New Holland tractor factory in Racine, Wisconsin. This cart had to accommodate eight different chassis (tractor) designs. "Coupling the weight of these chassis with all of their challenging contours, protrusions, and angles meant we had a project that would be solved not so much on the CAD screen as on the production floor" recalled Topper president Ed Brown. Topper Industrial is a metal fabricator with vast resources for welding. We have forty MGI welding machines and certified/experienced welders. We also have TIG welding capabilities. Field welding is available for arc welding and wire welding. Various gases and wire applications as required. We can service either large or small run production welding needs. You can supply all components necessary or, making use of our complete fabrication capabilities, we can supply any fabricated components that are required. Additionally we have the sources for added labor operations such as machining, plating, wet or powder painting. Let us be your source for your welding requirements.
