Inspired by our family's passion for food and hospitality, TAPS Fish House & Brewery in Brea was founded in September 1999. From the beginning our goal has been to provide a premiere dining destination with extraordinary attention to classically prepared seafood, steaks, and European ales and lagers.\n\nOur desire is to bring the finest food and dining experience possible.  The TAPS environment has been tailored to meet this goal.
