The mission of Wasatch Community Gardens (WCG) is to empower people to grow and eat healthy, organic, local food. Since 1989, WCG has served Salt Lake County residents with the vision of an inclusive, robust, and vibrant community that is nourished by healthy and affordable food. WCG offers garden space, educational programs, and community events to empower people to grow, harvest, prepare, and eat fresh, healthy food, as well as to build and nurture community connections.
