Since 2004, we have been caring for generations of families, watching newborns grow, caring for toddlers, adolescents, young adults, and mature adults. We operate on the principles of Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). Our goal is to quarterback your comprehensive health care. We refer patients to trusted specialists with whom we have an established history. We accept all major insurance plans. We set aside some of our slots for same day appointments, and offer extended hours Monday through Thursday plus morning hours on Saturday. We also offer a full range of ancillary services including: Clinical Lab Testing; Allergy testing and immunotherapy; Home sleep studies; Bone density testing/Dexa scans; Cardiac ultrasound; Coumadin monitoring; Immigration physicals, Nerve conduction testing; Pulmonary function testing; Travel medicine services; and 24 hour Holter monitoring.Columbia Medical Practice Address
