Foothill Country Day School offers its K – 8 students a distinctive education that features a rigorous academic curriculum, a nurturing community of faculty and families and a commitment to the development of the whole child. With the opening of the school September 20, 1954, Foothill has maintained the traditions of the first Headmaster, Howell Webb, and since then has excelled in areas which give our students the edge needed to compete successfully in life. Mrs. Betty Webb, Howell’s wife, recognized the importance of technology in the school in 1980. To accommodate our outstanding programs, we provide a safe, supportive and well-planned environment for student to work and play. Our beautiful, seven-acre campus includes state-of-the-art classrooms and laboratories, performing arts complex, multi-purpose gymnasium, and spacious grounds. Foothill is a member of NAIS, and accredited by CAIS and WASC.
