At least half a million children in England dont have a safe or stable home. These children and their families face some of the worst life chances, but we know that great social work has the power to change this. That's why Frontline recruits and develops outstanding individuals to be social workers and leaders to transform the lives of the most vulnerable children and families.
Our two-year leadership development programme - the Frontline programme - offers high-achieving graduates and career changers the opportunity to join one of Britain's most challenging, yet most rewarding professions. Participants work as frontline children's social workers in the North West, North East, London, Midlands, South West, South East and East of England, undertaking child protection work which will change lives.
The Firstline programme is our innovative leadership development programme for social work managers. The programme develops good social work managers into outstanding leaders, who are better able to support their teams and influence the wider social work system.
The Frontline Fellowship - our alumni network - is a movement of outstanding individuals who are applying themselves to address social disadvantage in different ways.
