There are leaders in our community who are dedicated to making Houston the best place to live and work. These generous donors believe in opportunities - for a child to succeed in the
classroom, for a family to acquire healthy financial habits, for a senior to live independently, and for an individual to start fresh in the aftermath of crisis. United Way leadership donors are our community's strongest advocates. They believe in all that Houston is meant to be, and they have factored themselves into the plan to get us there.
In 2010-11, 12,000 leadership donors invested over $32 million in our community, encouraging a broad scope of new opportunity in Houston. United Way of Greater Houston deeply thanks the members of the Alexis de Tocqueville Society, Leadership Circle, Chairman's Club, Women's Initiative and Young Leaders. These special individuals enjoy opportunities for recognition, networking and social activities with others who share their positive vision for Houston.
Leadership donors enjoy the knowledge that their contributions make a profound difference in our community. They have the opportunity to participate in a variety of recognition, networking and social activities and receive special communications about community issues.
If you're ready to have an even greater impact, there's a United Way leadership giving group that fits your goals perfectly.
