RPIA is an employee-owned investment management firm that specializes in absolute return fixed income strategies and interest rate risk management. The firm was founded in 2009 by a group of partners who each have more than 20 years of international and debt market experience. Senior partners include Andrew Pringle (Chairman), Michael Quinn (Chief Investment Officer), Richard Pilosof (CEO) and Chuck Winograd (Management Advisor). Since the inception of the firm, we have grown to 60 employees including 18 portfolio managers and 10 investment professionals with over $5 billion in assets under management for private clients, family offices, foundations and pensions. We seek to generate positive returns in rising and falling interest rate and credit spread environments.
